Lost or Delayed packages:

Due to the nature of new and gently used kids' clothing, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless there is a clear mistake on our end or a defective item that was not described.

If there is an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
